This is terrible. I waited two months for the book – ordered on 6 March, supposedly shipped on 14 March, receive by 5 May. It's 6 May, the seller realises he hasn't shipped (and is probably OOS) and refunded my order.
Come on, between 14 March and 6 May, just issue the refund and I could have reordered the item from elsewhere but there was zero communication. Zilch. Now he lists the same item for US$12 more – does he even have the item or is he just being greedy?
