This is 100% refundable, you can always return it for a full refund. We have thousands of crosses and try to make all of our descriptions as accurate as possible. I will be updating this piece to reflect this. But if you are not happy, we do have a full refund. We also have much higher quality crosses that are fully solid on the back as well and they say so on the description. This was one of our lesser expensive crosses. Thank you.
