Seller refused the refund even that he was aware that I did not received the product as it was posted back to him. The rentetion period was exceeded. In our confirmation message to ALL customers we ask our customers to contact us IMMEDIATLY if an order is not delivered latest 7 days after latest delivery date. You did NOT contact us. You as well refused to accept a redelivery, even after we offered to do on our expense. You didn't follow tracking, you missed deliveries, you did not contact us, but blame us for all your negliance? Fair?
