This item fit on my Pentax Q10 with a satisfying click. The lens from my Canon rebel T7 18-55mm lens fit on the adapter perfectly. I was able to manually focus every shot that I took testing out the new setup. The adapter also has a hole on the bottom to allow it to mount on a tripod. This is because the adapter is larger than the Pentax Q and it is no longer feasible to mount the tripod to the camera. They thought of everything. Completely made of metal and should last a lifetime.
