    The brand-new charging & button board for the original series Mavic Pro remote is exactly to original manufacturer spec, and once installed seems to work. The weather hasn't allowed a proper flight test, but from my preliminary testing, the remote both charges, and responds to the various buttons serviced by this board. While I wouldn't recommend this repair for complete beginners, the DIY board replacement offers significant savings over buying dubious-condition second hand controllers.
