The product was stale when I received it.When I reached out to the seller,her response to me was that it was freshly made,with the explanation that the bad taste I was referring to was the ginger used as though I lack the ability to differentiate between that which has a stale taste and ginger spice.

Just because you are used to the ones loaded with sugar does not mean this item was stale. This is authentic Tapa kuli kuli with no sugar added but ginger and so the taste is different. You should get the sugar kulikuli next time. We only carry authentic and original kulikuli, not ones from with sugar to mask the taste.
