I bought two BT dongles 4.0 to use BLE connection to HC-05 module and ESP32. But can not get this dongles to work with Win7. Got error message 0x80004005 the first time I tried to pair, later Win7 turns off the dongle because the dongle reports an error code. Reinstalling drivers did not help. I have not tried Win10, so I do not know if this only is a Win7 issue. But fast shipping and good seller, only bad product.
