Ordered a BRAND NEW SEALED Seagate drive, "NEW" per sellers description. Was sent a 5 YEAR OLD Pull from a computer. (No Seagate warranty on OEM drives) Contacted seller, seller said “New with no hours”. But NOT WHAT I PAID FOR! Contacted seller again asking about possible partial refund, in line with value of 5 year old pull vs New. Seller never replied back. Don't trust that you will get what you paid for.
