    Package arrived with bent fan - No fault of seller - Fan immediately replaced and installed. Good performance from slightly smaller pulley diameter meaning alternator is running a little faster at idle.

    The alternator didn’t work when I installed it so I contacted the seller. I was told that it was tested before it left the facility and ask me to go get it tested by a specialist before I can send it back for exchange. An I was going to have to pay to ship it back. Just took me $200!! Bad customer service for as trying to resolve the problem after they get your money!!! Won’t never buy nothing else from them.

    Based on his message that it was charging 13-14 volts, it sounded like the alternator was charging correctly. However, I asked him if he still had doubts about the alternator and suggested having it bench tested or checked by a professional. He preferred to keep the alternator.
