I was told that it was tested before it left the facility and ask me to go get it tested by a specialist before I can send it back for exchange. An I was going to have to pay to ship it back. Just took me $200!! Bad customer service for as trying to resolve the problem after they get your money!!! However, I asked him if he still had doubts about the alternator and suggested having it bench tested or checked by a professional. He preferred to keep the alternator.
