      Listing is shown as being in the UK. Item came from Germany. It took ten days from purchase to item sent. I got it 5 days later. It should have taken maybe 6 days and not 15. I have ordered many items from the EU and UK.

      HiRoyal Mail had a series of crippling strikes and a cyber hack in 2022/23 so we moved our services to DHL which means the parcels transit through Germany despite being shipped from the UK. We are sorry it took so long in transit, the item was shipped immediately as can be confirmed by the tracking.
