    We just received the order for three MC55A0-P30SWQQA9WR mobile devices. However, the Hand Straps are missing. The Stylus and cord are included, but without a hand strap and it can’t be connected to the device. We have purchased several of these from Global Consumer Direct and purchased another earlier today. The photo on your web eBay page depicts the device with a hand strap. How soon can they be sent?
