I contacted their customer service person and I’ve NEVER had such wonderful service from any other company. I was emailed a shipping label as they were sending me a replacement. They could teach how to deal with customers who experience a problem. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone who needs any type of printer. Price was within the limits of my budget as well.
