The item was lost in the post. A refund was issued as soon as I was notified of this. Leaving negative feedback for a reason that is out of my control seems very unfair. I am not sure whether buyers realise how this impacts on sellers, and the ebay consequences that come about following receiving negative feedback. You will see this is the only negative I have received, I ask you to re-consider and withdraw this feedback due to the impact this will now have on my business. Thank you

Following up on this, I am happy to say I was refunded for this item very quickly. It was not the sellers fault that the item was lost in the post.
