One of the four update emails stated that the product was going to be delivered on Sunday but never arrived until the day after—which isn't too much of a problem, though it would have been better if I had received more accurate information. The bo came in high quality packaging and looks amazing except for some dents and chips. I ordered mines to be 5ft. 6in. yet managed to weigh more than my previous 6 ft. bo, though I can manage. 8/10
