Contacted the seller multiple times. They were very quick to respond at first but still, two weeks later, have not resolved the problem. Not only did I have to pay $80 for a 'postage due' but they didnt send me an idler arm. After letting my truck set there half put together I finally couldn't wait any longer and had to reassemble WITHOUT the idler arm. The lack of communication is a real deal breaker. Won't purchase from seller again.
