The ground lug was bolted to painted over case so unsure how safe/effective this would be. Don't know where the new Dell sticker came from... Item is described as refurbished and I accepted it as such. PSU self test indicated that the PSU was good. For some reason it didn't fit in my Precision T7910 so I couldn't use it, PSU seems to be same dimension as my old T7600 PSU...
