The 7 valves arrived individually packed and I had to figure out which slots to insert them into. It took a couple of goes. No headphone output or phono input or preamp. Otherwise, when I got it up and running it sounded great but not much volume. Probably better with headphones. With all these limitations I had to buy a pre-amp with a headphone and phono output which should solve these initial problems.
