Before installing them, I wanted to make sure that they didn't stink and they don't stink. They don't smell like anything. The pads installed correctly and are very comfortable. The soft and hook Velcro pads are included and you can chose which goes on the pads and helmet. I am very happy with this kit. Shipping took about two weeks but was worth the wait.
