      Verified purchase
      Messaged seller to ask slot size, was told 8mm. They were not. When communicated to seller they informed me I could "drill the slot larger with any size drill bit". Slots need to be machined, not just drilled out. That is why you have slots, it allows for movement. Rude, unapologetic and refused any compromise such as part refund to cover cost of milking pieces. Very unprofessional.

      Not the truth, you were told even before you bought them that they can be drilled to any size, NOT after you contacted us the second time, and I even sent you a photo of them drilled out by myself. I also offered you a full return and refund if they are not suitable. You declined and expected us to pay for some completely unnecessary 'machining' where as you could have used what you had, or used different fixings.
