Replaced an overhead door and the existing non remote door opener worked great. All I needed was to give my customer the ability to remotely operate the door. The combination included the remote operator and the sun visor button. Great name brand and the ability for future additional operator buttons. This remote receiver was installed next to the operator but could be installed close to the entry and used as a wired operator.

I contacted them and told them and they immediately filed a claim with federal ex and ask if I wanted a refund or a reship. I told them I would like a ship, they were out of the item at the time and informed me of that and let me know it would be a few days within a week I had the item.
