Not seller's fault but the tube had leaked, and insides of the pen was full of ink. What a mess. Had to wash a brand new product with soap and changed the tube. Nagatac uses the cheap generic ink tube for their pen. I cannot give a review for this product so I am doing it here unfortunately.
