    Okay, so postage was short paid resulting in having to pay the Post Office for delivery, then the shoes had been listed as VGC but actually had been used and supplied still dirty; BUT the seller acknowledged these issues and offered a partial refund which I accepted as a fair and reasonable resolution to my complaints. So, on balance I would recommend the seller although would prefer them to adopt a more factual and accurate listing for future sales.
