Though the bag was not broken it did not arrive as pictured. After my initial contact the seller apologized and happily offered a return. I proposed a $20 credit which would bring the item in line with the cost of a “pre-owned” bag. The seller declined and only offered a $10 credit. Since I opted for the refund she refused. A case was opened and eBay sided with the buyer.
