Shipping was slow and packaging was poor. Communication was also kind of poor as well. Delivery came in a few days after the supposed date. As with all our packages, we write Handle with care, Do Not Machine and put fragile stickers on the label itself so they can't be missed. We offered Full refund (even though it's not our fault), he refused. You just can't please some people
