It was packaged well with bubble wrap but the pump had some brake fluid still in it so it got all over the module, but no big deal. Unfortunately this module had the same problem as the original one (no communication with the ECM). I found a repair service so I repaired my original module and now I’m sending this one to get repaired so I can have a spare. Overall I’m satisfied with this purchase and will do business with them again and recommend
