    Royal Mail screwed up the trustworthiness of "tracking" by registering it as delivered on same day it was posted, therefore rendering the system untrustworthy. seller informed me of royal mails incompetence. and great service from Dave as always

    Yes, sadly we had over 50 x Royal Mail Tracked packages scanned as being delivered the same day on Monday 22nd Sept. The packages were incorrectly scanned whilst being offloaded from our Postman's van into the Galashiels depot. Thankfully this was spotted and corrected at Edinburgh MC and all mail was processed and delivered as expected without any delay to customers. I have been assured that this won't happen again.
