It was disgusting! Warranty was about to expire too! At first, right after he received my $1,041, he was all nice constantly messaging me but after I complained he ignored me! Words cannot describe enough this type of despicable attitude! We waived our return policy and restocking fee, full refund was provided and every effort was made to resolve the issue.
