My reasoning for the 5 star rating pertains more to Trainman's top notch customer service, which to me is the most important aspect of selling. I had a shipping issue that he responded to immediately, literally within 5 minutes of my contacting him, and we had a resolve 10 minutes later that was corrected without my need to continually follow up on. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.
