    Polite and understanding person I've met i had a faulty Buzz Lightyear and told him and sent pictures to proof it. He replied and apologised and said if I would like a refund or replacement being im in a hurry I picked replacement. He had given me another within 2 days. Not needing to send the fault buzz back without hassle and told me just get rid of the faulty Buzz so I did.
