    The item received is what was advertised. New opened box. Pretty good price on it compared to the new version. It still has the sticky covers on it and was in good condition. Put it on my bike and it took some adjustment but it’s not bike specific. Seller was good. No need to contact them. The shipping sucked but that wasn’t their fault. USPS messed up.
