I will say that there is clearly ear wax covering the inside of the case and on the ear buds it came with (which I was not going to use anyways). This is REALLY gross. I would expect the seller would clean the item in at LEAST a basic manner before you send it out, maybe a quick once over with a very lightly damp cloth. They make electronic cleaning items for this.
