    Product works. However, I would have liked more description about the fact that some of the keys do not press because it seems like a drink had been spilt all over the keyboard. Now the dried up liquid makes it had to press the keys. The battery was low cycle count but it was also bulging (which interfered with the track pad presses). I don’t mind fixing it up, but it would have been nice to be aware of this when I decided to purchase this laptop.

    Hey there! I didn't realize any of those things and we almost always test and use the keyboard in order to set it up. I also generally check for signs of bulging and would gladly reconsider the price for this. I'm sorry to hear that but I didn't get a message from you about it. I hope we can work something out.
