    The item was delivered safe and sound. Great transaction! Thank you so much! Would order again! I do have one suggestion, though. The item was packaged in a padded envelope which normally would be fine, but this item has a 3-prong plug and the plug had broken through the packaging and was sticking out as in the attached photo. The item was not damaged in any way, but you may need to modify the packaging for these types of items.
