Seller said they would ship it next day. 3 days later, seller bought a shipping label but never shipped it. See picture showing usps never had possession of item. I know the deal. the seller has Never answered the one question that could set him free. did you hand the record to your mail carrier or did you hand it to a clerk at the post office? neither one of these were done because no "carrier scan" was initiated and the tracking only ever said "label created" he wont answer the question because he never really shipped it.
