    Happy with seller messaging--unhappy with item. Shipping and packaging was good, but item was NOT NEW as described. It was LOCKED and seller couldn't answer how to open. Had to guess past lock pin (very simple code). UNABLE TO FACTORY RESET due to previous user's permission settings. Seller says it was mistake. Thankfully messaging seller was highly responsive and had great communication. I was able to voice my discontent and sent the item back. Got a refund within 3 business days.
