It was topped with a gallon trash bag filled with some bubble wrap laid on top. The volume knob was broken and loose in the box. The side panel of the unit was broken off and missing. I hooked it up. The unit powered up but only the radio worked. I contacted seller with pictures and above details. They promptly responded and issued a refund and apology.
