He did not communicate to me before canceling, but just did it and wrote something afterwards, asking me to understand. Understanding this is tricky. He's the first person to cancel my order for this reason. The impact is: 1. I had already quoted my client based on his price, so now I'll have to absorb the extra cost of purchasing something pricier elsewhere. 2.
