I contacted the seller and it took several messages just to get a response. Seller continued to message me in circles and wait out the ebay clock in what seemed to be an attempt to make me give up & just accept the damaged product. I had to ask ebay to step in after seller refused to provide a return label OR return postage and instead wanted me to accept a “partial” refund. Buyer beware!!
