He wanted me to initiate a return through eBay and the only option through eBay was a refund. Not happy. He could have easily sent my order correctly the same day, but didn’t. Not what I consider to be helpful. So I got a free label from eBay after they had to step in and he was forced to give me a full refund. Lesson learned.
