So, I spent an hour cleaning and rigging it and was finally able to get it to work. It was unbelievably filthy. The component for the ozone operation/sensor was not plugged into its slot- it was flopping around inside the unit. I clearly described the dust/dirt and took up close photos of it. I typed a whole paragraph about the condition of this item these issues are why this person was able to get this machine for $60 rather than $150. Hopefully I will be able to get this removed.
