However, saying it was in 'good condition' was a bit of a stretch. The top had fully come off due to the glue being brittle, and two of the braces had fallen of and were loose in the body. Not really to much of an issue but I definitely would have advertised it as a project guitar, or at least stated those issues in the listing.
