There is instructions ON the package to use scissors when opening. Buyer IGNORED these instructions AND the message sent at time of shipping to reach out to me if they had any issues, but decided to leave negative feedback instead. I reached out to correct the problem but THE BUYER declined a refund or replacement. The card itself is in a team bag and top loader.
