      I was not able to get my Mini-Circuits attenuator working with the official software over a direct USB connection. The device only works when connected via an RS232-to-USB converter cable. I contacted the seller but received no response. I also reached out to Mini-Circuits support, but they informed me that this is an early hardware version that cannot be upgraded with new firmware, so they cannot provide assistance.
