I contacted the customer service by email to answer a question about the energy ratings shown on the bulbs and I received a response within minutes. They gave me an update on the changes that had been made to energy ratings over the last few years which reassured me that I had received the correct item. And they said they'd be happy to help if I was not satisfied. I would recommend this company.

At 2.45pm on 08.08.25, order placed for partially sighted family member; they confirmed order was incorrect. ASAP, at 5.25pm submitted cancellation. At 6.50pm,cancellation was declined. At 7.05pm, S's note stated item dispatched. At 10.50pm, a tracking details given. At 5.25pm, there was NO indication order processed and posted. Order returned but cost me £3.25 which is unfair. S could have accepted cancellation

Item description was miss leading - appeared to be a direct replacement for 2 pin fluorescent lamp - but - would not work due to un matched ballast ( starter ) . Message sorted by Martin quickly and return/ refund offered & accepted. However - I would have expected the 'specialists' to offer a fitting to suit /or source ! This was not the case.
