    Received these boxes smelt like very strong lavender smell so unfortunately unable to use the boxes. Contacted seller via eBay message but instead received a phone call saying that couldn’t have possibly happened on their end and to contact Aus post however outer packaging from Aus post was fine strong smell only occurred when I opened sellers packaging. Very disappointing as unusable cake boxes for important event. Seller apologised via phone call but no solution and no accountability. Denied.

    Explained to the customer that we do not sell any lavender scent or flavours so smell could not have come from our store. Thought a phone call was more personal customer service, rather than a message.
