I looked up how full a new one should be (description being new out of the box) and online it states it should feel as full up to the Oakcha label. I also looked up how much a brand new one should be in comparison to the price I got and it doesn’t seem to match what I got as half the bottle. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt in regards to if the liquid may have evaporated.
