The front support bracket is a separate piece and can be moved slightly spacing on a shell that has existing holes. Only downside is that the mounting pins are very small. Too small for the predrilled holes in the Athearn Genesis/Highliner F unit shells. So if you are trying to replace Highliner horns, you are still looking at filling and redrilling.
