Surprised it was so bad, since I bought these BECAUSE it was a Marshall product. It sounds like a cheap headphone from Walmart. Will be returning this product, asap. However, no complaints with the seller, whatsoever.

THIS WAS NOT LISTED as one of the things not included. So, naturally I want to return this. The seller gives me a label for USPS to send back (witch will take another 6 plus days) to get back to them and another day or 2 for my refund! I don't think the box is came in was original manufacturer (it was just a plain white box), but it was packaged well. The phone fit snuggly in the box and the USB-C cord was still in it's original packaging. Just had to pop in the SIM card, sync the previous phone and it was good to go. So far (one week later) no issues at all.
