The seller did contact me with the mistake but it turned into a bit of a hassle. Mistakes happen but when the seller starts giving you instructions to fix his error it is unprofessional. We contacted buyer even before it was delivered. Yes the customer had to wait till item delivered to get a refund. We had already promised a refund with no problems but we had shipped out several caps that week and we had to be sure the order was truly wrong. We also tried to offer a solution to help get customer get what they ordered. Just trying to help mistakes are rare so far for us. They also really bother us !
